Larger than life

Tsunamicore is a film company. Its productions have a cinematic look that comes from its use of anamorphic lenses. Tsunamicore’s vintage lenses were used in the shooting of a host of Spaghetti Westerns, most notably Sergio Leone’s iconic 1966 movie The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, starring Clint Eastwood. Tsunamicore’s wave-like S symbol is an integral part of its wordmark but it’s also used as a free-standing symbol which makes for a lot of flexibility across multiple media. One of the unique characteristics of anamorphic lenses is the way they render out-of-focus points of light, known as bokeh. Normal lenses produce spherical bokeh, anamorphic lenses produce oval bokeh. Tsunamicore’s graphic identity features anamorphic bokeh which bring warmth and depth to its communications.

We’ve been on a tremendous design odyssey.
