Look at it this way

Survival is the global movement for tribal peoples’ rights. They’re the only organization that champions tribal peoples around the world. Survival helps them defend their lives, protect their lands and determine their own futures. Their handprints logo speaks of people’s common ancestry. It says, ‘This is my mark, this is man’. It’s a powerful reminder of the need to support peoples who are increasingly under threat.

Survival’s graphic identity gives tribal peoples a platform to speak to the world. ‘Tribal voices’ tell horrific stories of genocidal violence, slavery and racism, and the theft of their lands, resources and labour in the name of ‘progress’ and ‘civilization’.

Survival has a lot of celebrity supporters. Many have got their hands dirty for a good cause and donated images of their own hands that Survival uses in their campaigning, at events and for their merchandise.
