Look at it this way

Fifty people are diagnosed with multiple sclerosis every week in the UK. Multiple Sclerosis Society is the largest charity of its kind. It provides support and information, and promotes research.

The logo’s interrupted M, and the graphic identity that came from it, reflects the unpredictability of this multi-facetted and devastating condition. The MS Society’s hugely successful Putting the Pieces Together campaign reinvented the interruption several times. The campaign was all about letting people with MS tell us the story of how it affects their life. MS Life is Europe’s largest MS lifestyle and information event. It too has an interrupted logo.
